If you're not happy with MathInstructor AI Pro, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date. This applies to both monthly and yearly plans.
How to ask for a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, who is the Merchant of Record for our orders. To request a refund, visit paddle.net and look up your order, or email us at support@northerntechltd.com and we'll help.
Cancelling
You can cancel any time from your account page. Your Pro access continues until the end of the period you've paid for. Paddle's refund policy also applies.
